By making a booking of this tablescape style set, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the rental terms and conditions. Tablescape Style Set (Lace and Gold)
- The rental price includes 2-way doorstep delivery and collection by TFF. The time frame for delivery and collection is between 10am-7pm. Request for delivery and/or collection outside of 10am-7pm will be subject to availability and a surcharge fee of $80 per way.
- Each booking is given a rental duration of 24 hours. For e.g. if rental starts at 11am on Friday 1 Dec, we will arrange to collect the set back by 11am on Saturday 2 Dec.
- For delivery and collection to and from CBD areas, Tuas and Sentosa, there will be an additional surcharge of $5 per way.
- Rental price includes all of the items listed above.
- The booking is not confirmed until you receive an email from us confirming the details of your rental.
Extension of Rental Hours
- There will be charges for extension of rental beyond 24 hours, at 1.5 times of the hourly rental price (rounded up to the nearest dollar). For e.g. if the rental price is $240, each extension hour will be $240/24hours x 1.5.
- Any request for an extension of rental booking must be made via a phonecall to TFF at least 4 hours prior to the end of the rental duration.
- Extension of rental booking is subject to availability.
Cancellations and Amendments
- Bookings are made on a first-come-first-serve basis hence tentative bookings are not allowed.
- Once the booking is confirmed, any cancellation that is less than 30 days from the rental commencement date will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the total rental booking fee.
- Once the booking is confirmed, amendments to the booking are subjected to TFF’s approval.
Use of Rental Items
By booking our Tablescape Style Set, you agree to the following terms:
- You acknowledge receiving the set from us in a good, clean and perfect working condition unless otherwise specified in the rental booking details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility or assume liability on the performance of the items once it is passed on to the client.
- The items should be used with care and respect. The client should not in any way repair or materially alter the physical makeup of the items.
- It is the client’s responsibility to clarify with TFF on all questions pertaining to the style set prior to the rental.
- At the end of the booking, the items should be returned to us in the same condition you received it. The client shall be held responsible for any damages sustained by any item in the set, and the corresponding maintenance/replacement/cleaning fees will be charged to the client accordingly.
- All cutlery and crockery must be reasonably washed and cleaned by the Client after use. TFF shall process the necessary sterilisation upon receiving back the items after each rental booking.
- The tablecloth should be reasonably handled with care during use to avoid damage and/or drastic stains. The client may return the tablecloth without having to wash it. TFF shall process the necessary laundry service upon receiving back the items after each rental booking. However, given the nature of the tablecloth usage, in the event there has been a spillage/stain in the course of dining, we would appreciate that you take immediate action to minimise the damage to the tablecloth.
- All styling items should be properly packed back into the same packaging that they were handed over in before the collection time by TFF.
